Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to career coaching services provided by Career Coaching with Ffion Wynn through ffionwynn.co.uk.

By booking and paying for a coaching session or package, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Career Coaching with Ffion Wynn

Career Coaching with Ffion Wynn provides independent career coaching, primarily for professionals working within the NHS and healthcare.

Coaching may include support with career direction and progression, identifying transferable skills, career change, applications and positioning, interview preparation, working styles, confidence and practical career planning.

Coaching is a collaborative process. I will provide reflection, challenge, practical guidance and support to help you understand your options and determine appropriate next steps. Decisions about your career, applications and employment remain your own.

Coaching is not recruitment, employment, legal, financial, medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.

2. About me

I am an experienced NHS professional whose career has included clinical practice, team leadership, programme management, national programmes, and workforce and service transformation.

Career Coaching with Ffion Wynn is an independent business operated separately from my NHS employment.

Any views, guidance or coaching provided through this business are given solely in my capacity as an independent career coach. They do not represent the views or advice of my employer, NHS Wales, or any other organisation with which I work professionally.

3. Professional boundaries and conflicts of interest

Clear separation between my independent coaching work and my NHS employment is important.

I do not accept private coaching clients who are employed by my own employing organisation.

I may also decline a booking where an existing professional relationship, involvement in a relevant programme or organisation, recruitment activity, or another circumstance creates — or could reasonably be perceived to create — a conflict of interest.

Purchasing coaching from me does not provide access to, influence over, or advantage in any recruitment, selection, appointment, promotion or employment process.

I will not use my NHS position, professional relationships, confidential information or privileged knowledge to obtain an advantage for a coaching client.

I will not disclose or use confidential or privileged information concerning recruitment processes, employers, selection panels, candidates, employees or other individuals.

Where I am personally involved in, advising on, or otherwise connected with a particular recruitment or employment process, I will not provide coaching intended to influence that process.

If an actual or potential conflict of interest becomes apparent after a booking has been made, I reserve the right to decline or discontinue the coaching relationship. Where this prevents a prepaid session from being appropriately delivered, the fee for the undelivered session will be refunded.

4. Applications, CVs and interview preparation

Coaching may include helping you review and improve CVs, applications, supporting statements, interview preparation and the way you communicate your experience.

My role is to help you recognise, structure and articulate your own genuine skills, experience and achievements.

You remain responsible for all material you submit to an employer and for ensuring that it is truthful, accurate and appropriately represents your own experience and work.

I will not fabricate qualifications, experience, achievements, evidence or examples on behalf of a client.

Any final application, CV, supporting statement, presentation or other material remains the client's responsibility.

5. Career and employment outcomes

Career coaching is intended to improve clarity, preparation and the client's ability to make and communicate career decisions. It cannot guarantee a particular outcome.

I do not guarantee that coaching will result in an interview, appointment, promotion, salary increase, successful application or any other employment outcome.

Recruitment and career outcomes depend upon many factors outside the coaching relationship, including the decisions and processes of third parties.

6. Booking and payment

Sessions must normally be booked through the website and paid for at the time of booking.

A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and booking confirmation has been issued.

Prices are those displayed on the website at the time of booking.

Sessions are normally delivered remotely by video call unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed in advance.

7. Session length

Individual coaching sessions are normally 60 minutes.

Clients are responsible for joining the agreed session at the scheduled time.

Where a client arrives late, the session will normally still finish at the original scheduled end time.

8. Two-session packages

A two-session package comprises two separate 60-minute coaching sessions for the individual who purchased the package.

The timing and focus of the second session can be agreed according to the client's needs and progress.

Packages are personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred to another person without prior agreement.

Both sessions must be used within three months of the date of purchase.

Any unused session will expire after this period unless an extension has been agreed by me in exceptional circumstances.

9. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements are set out in the separate Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Where I need to cancel a session, I will offer an alternative appointment or refund the fee paid for the affected session.

Nothing in these Terms or the Cancellation and Refund Policy affects any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply to consumers.

10. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching will normally be treated as confidential and will not be shared with your employer or another organisation simply because the coaching concerns your work or career.

There are limited circumstances in which confidentiality may not be maintained, including where disclosure is required by law or where I reasonably believe there is a serious and immediate safeguarding concern.

Career coaching does not require access to confidential patient or organisational information.

Clients should therefore not disclose patient-identifiable information, confidential NHS information, commercially sensitive information, recruitment information that they are not authorised to share, or unnecessary personally identifiable information about colleagues or other third parties.

11. Personal information

Personal information provided when making an enquiry, booking a session or participating in coaching will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.

You should only provide information reasonably necessary for the coaching service.

Where you choose to discuss personal circumstances, health, disability, neurodivergence or other sensitive matters because they are relevant to your career, you remain in control of what you choose to disclose.

Career coaching does not provide diagnosis, treatment or clinical advice.

12. Recording sessions

Coaching sessions will not be audio or video recorded by me unless this has been expressly agreed with you in advance.

Clients must not record a coaching session without my prior agreement.

13. Intellectual property

Any original coaching resources, frameworks, exercises, written guidance or other materials supplied by Career Coaching with Ffion Wynn remain my intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

They are provided for your own personal use and may not be reproduced, published, sold, distributed or used commercially without permission.

Documents and information that you bring to coaching, including your own CV, applications and career materials, remain yours.

14. Technology and online sessions

Clients are responsible for having an appropriate internet connection, device and environment for an online coaching session.

If a session is disrupted by a temporary technical problem, reasonable efforts will be made to continue or rearrange the affected part of the session.

I cannot be responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services or circumstances outside my reasonable control.

15. Respectful use of the service

I reserve the right to end or decline a coaching relationship where there is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate behaviour, or where continuing the relationship would be professionally inappropriate.

This does not affect any statutory rights the client may have.

16. Liability

Coaching services will be provided with reasonable care and skill.

Clients remain responsible for their own career decisions, applications, representations to employers and actions taken following coaching.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

17. Changes to these Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the service, business or applicable requirements.

The terms applicable to a booking will normally be those published at the time the booking was made.

18. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory legal protections or rights that apply to them.

19. Contact
